Job Title: General Manager Infrastructure & Planning
Key Responsibilities
- Lead departments handling civil works, infrastructure planning, and environmental safeguards.
- Supervise and evaluate project progress, contractor work, and team performance.
- Oversee construction and infrastructure projects with strict quality control and safety compliance.
- Work closely with international funding agencies and ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement international best practices in all aspects of infrastructure delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil/Transport/Project/Construction Engineering or Management.
- Education from international universities will be a strong asset.
- Knowledge or certification in FIDIC contract administration preferred.
Required Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or urban transit projects.
- Experience with international donors or financial institutions is a plus.
