Available Positions

1. Field Staff

Qualifications: Minimum Matriculation; Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree holders are preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 25 years.
Salary: Approximately PKR 26,000 per month, plus allowances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients in the field to promote the bank’s products and services.
- Conducting surveys and gathering data to assess client needs.
- Assisting in the disbursement and recovery of loans

2. Management Trainee

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
Salary: Approximately PKR 35,000 per month, plus allowances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergoing comprehensive training in various departments of the bank.
- Assisting in management functions and decision-making processes.

3. Accounts Staff
