As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise team members to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, inventory rotation, and timely ordering of goods.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet business targets.
  • Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, legal requirements, and company procedures.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, analyze data, and contribute to overall business development.
  • Staff Management: Coordinate staff rosters, payroll input, and recordkeeping.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in retail management or a related field (or equivalent overseas qualification).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in sales planning, inventory control, and customer service.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: AUD $77,000 – $85,000 per annum.
  • Superannuation: 11.5% superannuation.
